I started Cloud Branch because I believe moving home should feel like a well-planned trip, not a storm. I keep my client list small on purpose, so I can pick up the phone, show up to every viewing and give advice I'd give a friend.
Before property, I spent years in interior design. That still shapes how I see homes: light, flow and the everyday details that make a place feel right.

Yes. The first meeting and valuation carry no cost and no obligation. It's a chance to see whether we'd work well together.
How are your selling fees set?
Fees are agreed in writing before anything starts and depend on the home and the level of support you'd like. There are no surprise extras later on.
How long does a typical sale take?
It depends on the home, the season and your own timing. At our first meeting I'll share a realistic timeline and update it as things move.
Can you help if I'm buying from another city?
Absolutely. I run live video viewings, send detailed neighbourhood notes and line up in-person visits so your trips are well spent.
